Today we were asked to look in to the Internet to check on various anti_spyware brands. I used google and read up on three different brands.
No 1. NORTON. An anti Virus 2008 the most well known name brand. Protects from worm's

McAFEE. £39.99. Just basicly install and forget this product. Great Anti-Virus software for the novice user. Monitors all of your security needs. Takes up more system resources, compared toother Anti-Virus products. C+rating.

McAFEE INTERNET SECURITY 2009. £44.99. covers Anti-virus, Anti spyware, Anti-Spam, Anti-Phishing, Two way firewall. Advanced Web Site safety ratings. ID protection & Parental control. Includes Free bonus=Anti theft.

SHEILD DELUXE 2009 only £29.99 powered by Kaspersky Anti-virus 6.0. Relies upon integrated methods to scan for viruses. Installed and set up in minutes. The programe regularly notifies users of what is happening and gives recommendations for dealing with Virus epidemics and potential threats. It covers all of the above mentioned in Mcafee and Norton. Sheild Deluxe has the top rating= A grade.
